All of our units are 420 Friendly, LGBTQ friendly, pet friendly so you are welcome to smoke inside or outside of Your Casita. Cigarette smokers are welcome but please smoke outside only. Your pets are more than welcome to stay as well!
 

 

Our Big Dog  Casita is the perfect spot to visit Vegas with your BFF (Best Furry Friend) since the Big Dog Villa has a XXL dog door and exterior kennel there's no need to board them! We have a chain link dog area with synthetic grass as well as a XXL dog door for easy access for them. Please clean up after your pets, wash and dry dog bowls and water bowls. There is an extra mattress and rolling frame with bedding, linen and pillow in the closet.The BBQ and patio area is right beside your pets enclosed area. All BBQ accessories are located on the bottom shelf of the pantry. You may have to replenish charcoal squares.The BBQ and patio area is right beside your pets Chained Link Kennel enclosed area.

Quaint Master suite with private entrance for those just needing a comfortable little place and private bathroom to stay while in our beautiful city! this unit  is Kitty Cat Friendly and has many complimentary amenities for your BFF (Best Furry Feline) We have a potty box, scooper, starter litter, dry kibble, Kitty beds, Kitty tunnel, food and water bowls all in the closet ready for you! IF your cat is a scratcher PLEASE use the large bathroom or crate to confine your fur baby while you are out.If your Fur Baby will need a kennel or Crate please let us know in advance.

 

This Unit has a awesome Fairy type patio setting with couch and Chairs for visiting friends. The bird Feeder and Bird Bath can both be filled so you can enjoy the natural wildlife!  Your patio is 420 friendly and smoking is allowed outside. Parking is available on the street So please Do not park in driveway.

Sorry right now this patio does not have a BBQ are a due to the flowing Curtains and bamboo fencing...but we are working on something nice for the cooler Vegas nights for you! 

 

Our Area:

It's a regular neighborhood with kids, neighbors,  2 parks (great for dog walking) nearby. We are centrally located and a 5 minute drive or a 10 minute walk to the Strip. We are in the heart of Vegas so we do have safe driveway parking and security camera in the front of house. Keep in mind anything can happen anywhere in Vegas ... so just be aware of your surroundings when you go out on the town. Thomas and Mack center, Vons, 7 Eleven, Smoke Shops are all within walking distance. Piso's and the Grove are the suggested 24 hour Dispensaries close by. Our major cross streets are Tropicana and Maryland Parkway. We are centrally located between The Strip, Henderson and Paradise.
